At The Yogis, we strive to provide high-quality yoga products to fitness and yoga enthusiasts. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a simple and straightforward exchange process to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only for products that:

  • Have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Are returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Conditions for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear and tear, use, or damage caused by the customer.
  • The exchange request is initiated after the 3-day window.
  • The product is missing its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photos of the product.
  2. Verification:
    • Our team will review your request and verify the manufacturing defect.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the defective product.
  3. Return the Product:
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
    • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
  4. Processing the Exchange:
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the exchange.
    • A replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 business days, subject to stock availability.

4. Costs and Fees

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective product to us.
  • Replacement Shipping Costs: The Yogis will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

5. Important Notes

  • Non-Exchangeable Products: Certain items, such as clearance or promotional products, may not be eligible for exchange. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Stock Availability: If the replacement product is out of stock, we will offer you the option to choose an alternative product or receive a store credit.
