  2. Complete the checkout process by providing accurate shipping details and making the payment.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 within India.

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver your orders within 9 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-9 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or courier delays.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your order status through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times or additional charges.

7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient:

  • We will attempt to reach out to you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
  3. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
